Vijit Growth Fund is the fund management platform of Vijit Global Securities Private Limited. It is designed to provide high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), family offices, and institutional investors with equity investment options aimed at delivering exceptional returns. The focus of Vijit Growth Fund ("the Fund") is to utilize expertise in the equity markets and offer industry-leading strategies tailored to the specific financial goals and risk profiles of affluent investors.

Vijit Growth Fund, the first scheme of Vijit Growth Trust, is registered as a category III Alternative Investment Fund (long-only open-ended) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) [SEBI Registration Number- IN/AIF3/24-25/1556]. Vijit Global Securities Private Limited acted as the sponsor to Vijit Growth Fund.

The Fund was successfully launched on July 22, 2024. It aims to achieve substantial capital appreciation by targeting a mix of growth-oriented companies with scalable business models.

The Fund's primary objective is to carry out permissible investment activities. The investment universe includes different asset classes to achieve a balanced and risk-adjusted return. The allocation of investments in a multi-asset fund typically involves distributing assets among various categories, such as IPO participation (including SME and main board), listed equity, QIB, preferential allotment, private placement, and liquid assets.

The Fund does not intend to extend loans or engage in lending activity or provide guarantees.
